Your Vendors are Our Vendors. 
Most vendors deliver similar services but each has its specific area of excellence.  We work with all vendors on a routine basis, and are familiar with the strengths and weaknesses of each carrier/vendor.
We'll ensure you receive only the best service available for the project at hand.  
We facilitate your daily process related to vendor contact, trouble reporting, billing, ordering, bill pay and project management.

Team Player
We respect the knowledge and expertise of your IT staff and know that our role is to facilitate your day to day activities and projects. We provide research and proof of concept from multiple vendors to allow you to decide which communications service is best for your company. 
Only after you decide on a service, will our assigned provisioning team within the Vendor company come to our support. We retain this group of professional support for as long as you are our customer.
